DPA summary (enterprise)
For organisation customers, Magoven typically acts as an operator processing personal information on your documented instructions. Our enterprise Data Processing / operator agreement covers, at a high level:
- Purpose limitation — processing to deliver Magoven One and entitled suite apps only
- Confidentiality and staff access controls
- Technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk
- Use of subprocessors with flow-down obligations and notification terms
- Assistance with data subject requests and POPIA-related enquiries
- Security incident notification and reasonable cooperation
- Return or deletion of personal information at end of service, subject to legal retention

Security questionnaires
Send vendor security questionnaires, SIG/CAIQ-style forms, and procurement packs to [email protected]. Include your organisation name, deadline, and preferred response format.
What we will not claim
Magoven does not display SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar certification badges unless those engagements are complete and reportable. Roadmap language means investment in progress — not a current attestation. We prefer honest questionnaires over marketing overlays.
